Key Duties

 

  • To provide guest services, handle the set-up of daily reservations and check-in and check-out guests.

 

Requirements

 

  • Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens, Permanent Residents or Resident Pass Holders of Malaysia shall be considered; 
  • Possess SPM and/or Diploma in Hotel Management;
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Courteous, service oriented with pleasant personality;
  • Able to perform shift works.
