Job description


We are looking for a Manager Distribution,East China.

Tasks
1.Support hotels to optimize connected intermediary channels as the Global Distribution Strategy is rolled out in collaboration with Sales, Digital Marketing and Revenue Management.

 

2.Increase hotel performance when in line with the Global Distribution Strategy for third party channels to reduce cost of sale.

 

1.Reinforce rate parity compliance and monitor OTA / Wholesale contract compliance with particular emphasis on search landscape.

 

1.Optimize all rate product, inventory, content and placement with intermediary sites.

 

Account Management
1.Drive revenue from all 3rd party online channels to meet established targets.

 

1.Work with local Market Managers and Global Distribution team for marketing and promotional opportunities for 3rd party campaigns.

 

1.Collaborate with Global Distribution Team to develop Regional Account Plan to support Global Account plans relative to the Region


Training

1.Provide leadership, support, education and guidance to strategically grow and manage 3rd party online channels (OTA) business.
1.Support implementation all relevant training material as required.
1.Report activities, achieved targets, contracted revenue and new player information to Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management teams.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role with a hotel chain. 3rd party distribution company or supplier.

•Sound understanding of revenue management in a changing environment
•Makes customer-focused decisions based on analysis of appropriate data considering both short and long-term impact on company/brand goals
•Passionately driven towards goals and exceeding these
•Team player
•Excellent analytical skills
•Demonstrates enthusiasm, creativity, understanding & manages relationships with all stakeholders

Understands, communicates and supports corporate policies and guidelines
