DUTIES
To assist the Front Office / Assistant Front Office Manager in managing the Guest Services department ensuring consistent guest satisfaction in line with Shangri-La Standards. Ability to plan, organise direct and controll all guest services operation and administration.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 to 3 years in a supervisory position with experience and knowledge of Front Office and Guest Relations in an international class hotel.
- Strong written and oral skills in both Chinese and English.
- Able to work flexible hours.
- Displays strong guest engagement and an ability to handle challenging situations
