Improves the overall guest experience during their stay
Supervises and directs the front desk team
Ensures that all colleagues are updated with the current hotel products and services
Monitors all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective
REQUIREMENTS
• Fully understands room operations
• Good command of oral and written English and communication skills
• Has experience in the same capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel
• Positive role model and team player,has strong interpersonal skills
