About the job

 DUTIES:

1. Be responsible for the receiving and processing of raw materials in the dim sum room.

2. Make all kinds of pastry and banquet in time according to the specified operation procedure and quality standard.

3. According to the demand, timely cooking rice and porridge food to ensure a smooth breakfast, lunch and dinner.

4. Responsible for the preparation of all kinds of basins and dishes before the meal. Responsible for the collection of dessert food after dinner, finishing work, material storage, equipment cleaning, etc.

5. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the job and the dry area at any time.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the chef.

 

1、负责点心间原料的领取和加工工作。

2、按规定的操作程序和质量标准,及时制作面点和宴会各式点心。

3、 根据需要量,适时蒸煮饭粥类食品,保证早、午、晚顺利开餐。

4、负责开餐前各种盆、盘盛器的准备工作。负责餐后点心食品的收藏,用具整理,原料保管,设备清洁等收尾工作。

5、随时保证工作岗位及包干区的卫生整洁。

6、完成厨师长交办的其他工作。
