Key Responsibilities

 

The Assistant Horizon Club Manager provides guest services as well as supervision, direction and leadership in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotel & Resorts.

 

Requirements

 

  • Diploma / Degree in Hospitality or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in Front Office and/or Front Office Club Floor
  • Must have knowledge of F&B
  • Self-driven 
  • Leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Experience in handling Heads of State and high profile delegations
  • Food Hygiene Certificate
