Key Responsibilities
The Assistant Manager (The Line) will assist the Operations Manager in being responsible for the everyday operation, management, marketing and overall performance of the outlet. He/she will assist with overseeing the day-to-day running of the outlet in connection with staffing, service, cost control, achieving maximum revenue and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma in Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity in an international hotel
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to lead the team
