The Assistant Sales Manager (Convention and Incentive Sales) will be responsible in generating leads and developing sales to maximize Convention and Incentive business opportunities and accomplish sales goals set forth in the Marketing Plan.
He/she, under the guidance of the Director of Convention & Incentive Sales and Director of Business Development - Convention & Incentive Sales implements all the sales activities and action plans outlined in the marketing plan of the hotel and maximizes business opportunities in his/her area of responsibility.
- Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity with an international hotel
- Possess leadership qualities and strong negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
- Good customer service skills
