Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maintain the food preparation process in alignment with Shangri-La''s service and hygiene standards
  • Ensure all Health and Safety standards and policies are followed correctly
  • Support the Chef in daily operation

 

Requirements

 

  • Certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification/apprenticeship
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Pastry
  • Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
  • Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
  • Committed to serving food of the highest quality
