The Guest Relations Manager is responsible in managing guest satisfaction through the functions of guest recognition, communication and problems solving. He/she has to ensure work process and performance are in compliance with Company practices, policies, Shangri-La Experience and Service Standards.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must have knowledge of Opera
