Key Responsibilities

The Guest Relations Manager is responsible in managing guest satisfaction through the functions of guest recognition, communication and problems solving. He/she has to ensure work process and performance are in compliance with Company practices, policies, Shangri-La Experience and Service Standards.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must have knowledge of Opera

 

*The successful candidate will be required to adhere to hotel''s grooming and uniform guidelines that is issued.
