- Maintains and enhances the staff welfare to ensure high morale and amongst staff members.
- Implement staff motivation, recognition and incentive programmes for the Hotel.
- Observes and ensures the compliance to hygiene and sanitation standards within the Hotel, in particular at Staff Canteen and Locker Rooms.
- Be vigilant in personal hygiene for self and general employees.
- Conforms to and ensures compliance to grooming standards and uniformity.
- Always observes the best behavior and conduct at work, minding mannerism and extending excellent attitude toward both internal and external guests.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources or related fields
- Computer Literate
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Good professional track record
- Good leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines
- Fair and unbiased
