To be responsible for the overall administration and operations regarding wine and beverage and to assist the sections appointed in the F&B division with the alcohol beverages when required. He/she will maximize profits, maintain beverage / service quality and ensure customer satisfaction as well as to manage the overall smooth running and updates wine vintage record.
- Certificate, Diploma in Hospitality Management
- 3 – 4 years relevant working experience in relevant capacity
