Key Responsibilities

 

To oversee and maintain a high standard of food preparation and service in the all-day-dining kitchen.

 

Requirements

 

  • Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification / apprenticeship

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an international hotel

  • Good Customer Service skills

 

*The successful candidate will be required to adhere to hotel''s grooming and uniform guidelines that is issued.
