Shangri-La Hotel, Tianjin is located in the Hedong District, next to the Haihe River. 10 minutes drive from Tianjin Railway Station and 30 minutes drive from Tianjin Binhai International Airport.

Comprised of 304 guestrooms and suites, in addition to 39 units of serviced apartments. Facilities include gymnasium,CHI,The Spa, outdoor tennis courts, indoor swimming pool, 2 restaurants and a lobby lounge.

 

DUTIES

Overseas and direct all aspect of day to day public area operations. Proactive and quick to assess area which needs attention and decisive action. Should always be firm but fair treatment among peer and subordinates. Ensures effective communication among all Front Office personnel and other department. Ultimately, the Duty Manager must be an active liaison between management and the guest.

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years in international 5-star hotel''s working experience

• Strong relationship building skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English
