DUTIES

 

       Under the general guidance and supervision of Director of Sales, in coordination with Director of Sales & Marketing, implements all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility.

 

       Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan. Attends major travel functions (i.e. trade shows and promotional events) that deal specifically with market areas of coverage. Conducts daily sales calls and arranges familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels. Source new business opportunity within the assigned industries through daily sales visit and maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas. Establish and maintain updated information on major active accounts and demonstrate strong negotiation skills to maximize hotel profit in all revenue producing areas. Provides training and development to Sales coordinators for future growth opportunity.

 

   

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Sales experience in Japan, with industry relevance
  • Spoken and written fluency in Japanese, and written English
  • Good team player, self motivated with strong relationship mangement skill
  • Result oriented and possesses tenacity
  • Knowledge in Delphi and OPERA is an advantage​​​​​​​
