Shangri-La Hotel, Xiamen 厦门香格里拉大酒店

Shangri-La Hotel, Xiamen, opened in 2017, located in the heart of Guanyinshan International Business Centre, which takes only 25-minute ride from the Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and just minutes away from the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Centre. We have 325 luxurious rooms and suites, and offers 3 F&B outlets including Café Amoy, Chinese restaurant, Lobby Lounge and 11 Banquet function rooms. In house guest will enjoy the hotel’s comprehensive fitness and recreational facilities, including kids club, indoor lap pool, steam rooms, saunas and state-of-the-art gym equipment.

We are looking for Executive Housekeeper

As Executive Housekeeper, we rely on you to

作为一名行政管家,你的主要工作职责为:

1. Ensures that the areas within the scope of responsibility adhere to all Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts policies and procedures.

2. To establish training program, methods and procedures for development of employees.

3. To familiarize latest computer system extracting updated information on close watch in expenses of guest supplies, cleaning supplies and manning etc

4. To balance staff manning schedule to meet peak and slack periods and maintain a close payroll control。

5. To interview staff who involves problems and listen so as to solve or smooth troubles

1、确保区域范围内的责任是依附所有香格里拉酒店的政策和程序。

2、为本部门的员工发展制定培训程序,方法和程序

3、熟悉网络使用,从中得到有关客用品,清洁工具和人员方面的最新信息

4、平衡协调淡旺季的员工工作安排,保持将工资控制在一定水平

5、与遇到问题的员工进行交谈倾听,帮助解决或缓解问题

We are looking for someone who:

2. 3 years as Executive Housekeeper in an international class hotel

3. Has great Leadership & Interpersonal skills
