We are looking for an Assistant BanquetOperations Managerbased at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

Asan Assistant BanquetOperations, we rely on you to:

  • Monitor and ensure smooth operations of sections
  • Ensure consistency in quality of food / beverage / service / cleanliness of sections
  • Constantly obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction
  • Proper and tactful handling of guest complaints
  • Ensure effective communication within sections and other divisions
  • Attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required
  • Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned
  • Supervise banquet operations and assist in departmental training

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum of 4 yearswork experience inBanquet Operations at prestigious hotels or organization
  • Sound knowledge of food and beverages and strong sense of market trends
  • Have Integrity, is trustworthy, dependable, responsible and accountable
  • Have a keen eye for detail and seek for improvements
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
