Shangri-La TheFort, Manila islocated within Fort Bonifacio, the former military base and city centre. DUTIES:

• Ensure smooth operation on a daily basis
• Enhance overall guest experience during their stay
• Supervise and direct the front desk team
• Ensure all colleagues are kept up-to-date with hotel products and services
• Monitor all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective

REQUIREMENTS:

• With at least 2 years experience in Front Office
• Has experience in handling guest relations, problem handling, complex and emergency situations
• Has experience in handling New Normal and Quarantine Operations
• Knowledgeable in managing various sections of Front Office such as Concierge, Telephone, Rooms Controlling, Groups and VIPs
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English and the locallanguage
• Has strong interpersonal skills
