We are now looking for a Manager to join our Strategy & Business Transformation Team. This team plays an integral part in the planning and delivery of the company’s group wide strategic initiatives & innovation projects. This includes defining the strategy, aligning directions, acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of various business divisions in Headquarter, technology team, regions, hotels, and/ or external consultants. This position will offer top management exposure and involvement in a wide range of projects. Successful candidate needs to be able to be both a strategic thinker, and a well-rounded project executor.

 

As our Manager, Strategy & Business Transformation, we will rely on you to:

  • Lead the team to improve the company’s business performance, through strategy planning and innovation program execution
  • Coordinate with different commercial divisions to understand their business needs for technology
  • Work closely with the Technology Development Center to devise technology related strategies to satisfy these business needs
  • Take ownership of project from strategy planning, implementation, to performance evaluation and review
  • Identify and build technology partnership to lift technology or digital experience for guests and internal staff of the company


We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in Management Consulting / Corporate Strategy
  • Degree in Business Management or related discipline. Master in Business Administration is an advantage
  • Proficient in drafting financial models and executive presentation decks
  • Professional in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong business acumen to understand business goals and translate to technology enablers
  • Effective negotiating, influencing and communication skills to clearly articulate business topics to senior executives
  • Confident, assertive yet collaborative; Ability to motivate cross functional team members
  • Effective project management; Ability to prioritize workload and stay organized
