Shangri-La International Hotel Management Pte Ltd

DUTIES
The Chef De Cuisine will be responsible for managing the culinary operations of a free standing restaurant in Singapore (non-hotel).  He/she will be fully responsible for the overall administration as well as maintaining a high level of food quality and standard.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years managing an F&B outlet kitchen
  • Experience in free standing restaurants
  • Background in Chinese Restaurant / Chinese Banquet
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Well organized and have attention to detail
  • Highly motivated, self-driven and mature
  • Able to work independently and take lots of initiatives
  • Has a creative flair and knowledge of culinary trends
  • Has knowledge of budgeting and cost control
