We are looking for an Asst. Front Office Manager,
As an Asst. Front Office Manager,we rely on you to:
- Highlights important points from Daily VIP arrival list, occupancy forecast vs. Actual occupancy. Review the previous activities and discuss about the positive and negative performances.

Highlights VIP arrivals, reviews meeting and banquet functions for the day, reviews positive and negative comments received, inform employees on room status
situation. - Attends P&L Meeting, checks the statement for variances on the following :
- Labor cost;
- Printing and stationary;
- Telephone, telex and postage;
- Reservation service;
- TV and movie (if any);
- Revenue tax and license;
- Miscellaneous / Decorations;
- Business Center and Telephone Dept;
- Transportation.
We are looking for someone who:
- Good spoken and written English
- Certificate in Hotel Management
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Front Office
