Under the direction of the Pastry Manager, the Chef de Partie (Pastry) is responsible for supervising, coordinating and participating in the preparation of hot and / or cold food within the assigned kitchen; ensuring that the quality of work conforms with the standards set by the Resort.




  • Local package
  • Physically fit, neat and well-groomed
  • Proficient in oral and written English
  • Preferably college graduate
  • Hast at least 3 years experience as Service Leader - Kitchen (Pastry) in an international class hotel/resort
  • Has stong leadership skills, team player, positive role model, and preferably a certified trainer
  • Creative, has an eye for detail, resourceful, willing to learn and willing to work on different shifts
  • Preferably has knowledge of Integrated Management System (ISO 14001:2004-Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001:2007 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 22000:2005 - Food Safety Management System)
