Executive Sous Chef


Responsible for directing training, supervising, planning, coordinating of all areas within the culinary department including any projects requested by the Executive Chef of the hotel and its board; ensuring a quality product for our guests and secure profit margins while maintaining the Corporate image of the Hotel at all times.



  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Executive Sous Chef in a large 5 star international hotel with specialization in Chinese and Malay cuisine.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills required.
  • Motivator and team builder
  • Due to work permit restrictions, this vacancy is only applicable to citizen of Malaysia.
