Job Summary

 

F&B Marketing Executive will oversee local marketing strategies focusing on all outlets to achieve revenue goals of the Hotel. You’ll manage social networks/review sites and engagement-driving content production including email marketing campaigns, blog posts, reputation management.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Establishes Monthly, quarterly local Food & Beverage marketing strategies for each outlet in support of Director of Marketing and Communications’s annual hotel marketing strategies.
  • Serve as marketing representative for all F&B outlet events and promotions and share these experiences on all relevant social channels through Instagram stories
  • Communicates all promotions in a timely and professional manner to both the Director of Marketing & Communication and outlet managers by establishing weekly meetings and is responsible for their recording and distribution.
  • Day-to-day management of content strategies including planning and management of blog content calendars, social media calendars 
  • Provide creative services for entire Marketing team, including print, digital and video assets, working with external agencies and internal resources 
  • Create and implement holiday event promotions in the form of local advertisements, point of sale, e-mail deployment, landing page, and tracking results of each initiative. 
  • Maintain, update and grow various guest databases and build weekly and monthly email marketing campaigns and newsletters targeting these audiences.

 

Experience:

 

  • Bachelor in Marketing & Communications or related field.
  • Must have at least 2 years of Food & Beverage marketing experience.
  • Able to work independently, professionally and be a good team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
