DUTIES: 

The Guest Relations Sueprvisor provides guest services as well as supervision in the Guest Relations Department in accordance with the objectives, performance, consistency and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Experience in an International Hotel/ Resort
  • A graduate of Hospitality Management/ International Hospitality Management or any related course.
  • High Fluency in both oral and written in Korean and English Language.
  • Preferably has knowledge in front office operational systems, OPERA and other applications.
  • Passionate about guest satisfaction.
