Job Responsibilities:
- Maintains high standards of food preparation and service in the appointed kitchen(s), according to the standards set by the Management.
- Acquainted and familiar with the use of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the kitchen and observes the safety precautions when handling them.
- Practices the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the hotel when handling food.
- Ensures that food quality and standards are maintained at all times when preparing for restaurant and banquet functions.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Team player
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The successful candidate will be required to wear company issued uniforms in adherence to Resort’s grooming and uniform guidelines
