As a Service Manager - Front Office (Ocean Wing), we rely on you to
- Ensure smooth operation of the Ocean Wing on a daily basis
- Lead the team to maintain a high standard of service
- Prepare reports including but not limited to room occupancy and revenue data
- Solicit guest feedback in order to enhance the hotels performance
- Create an exception experience for all hotel guests
We are looking for someone who
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Loves interacting with guests from all backgrounds
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
- Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel group
- Enjoys coming up with best fit solutions
- Is a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
- Must be detail-focused and guest-oriented
- Has no fear of challenges
