To maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service and hygiene in his repective Kitchen, according to the standards required by the management. Sous Chef (Pastry & Bakery) must ensure consistency in the food quality, taste and presentation.
- Experience in an International Hotel/Resort or in a well known Patisserie is an advantage.
- Has strong financial acumen and must be good in administrative skills
- Oral and written fluency in English and Filipino.
