Key Responsibilities
- To perform security duties in these areas - CCTV Room, Checkpoint, Lobby, Beach Front, Patrol, Hotel Entrance, Bank Escort, Cashier Escort, Car park duties etc.
- Ensures that all Security Duties are performed and maintained in accordance with the Hotel''s standards and regulations.
- Assists in ensuring the Safety & Security of all assets of the Hotel, that is both its people - guests, employees and others, and their properties.
- Assists in conducting preliminary investigation into any allegation of theft, etc.
- Efficient usage and upkeep of communication tools and equipment to enhance productivity of workflow.
- Assist in Casual Labour payment.
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements
- Possess qualified certificate in WSQ Security and SIRD License
- Good customer service skills
- Required to work shift hours and on Public Holidays
- The successful candidate will be required to wear company issued uniforms in adherence to Resort’s grooming and uniform guidelines
