Spa Therapist is accountable for ensuring that all guests receive requested treatments and services in accordance with Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa Resort and Spa’s Health Club & Spa standard of excellence.
Guest Service and Relations
Provide a level of service that exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner, in the time allocated by treating all clients with individual attention. Respond to all clients’ requests in a courteous manner.
Ensure all treatment rooms and spa suites are kept clean and tidy in accordance with the Spa checklist, health and safety standards.
Monitor status of all operating equipment and notify Supervisor or the Spa Manager if there are any maintenance or repair needs. Promptly record equipment issues in the communication book.
Restock professional products in designated treatment suite by completing the stock order sheet to ensure that the treatment rooms and suites are fully stocked at all times.
Ensure effective liaison between therapists and receptionists.
- Candidate preferably possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Spa and Wellness or Beauty and Wellness, International Beauty Certification such as CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
- The successful candidate will be required to wear company issued uniforms in adherence to resort’s grooming and uniform guidelines
