Reporting to the Area Director of Finance Fiji & Samoa, this position is part of the strategic finance leadership team across the properties.  The position champions, develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees.  The position  provides the financial expertise to enable the  successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives while maximizing the return on investment.  In addition, creates and executes a business plan that is aligned with the property and brand’s business strategy and focuses on the execution of financial activities and the delivery of desirable financial results.  Core work activities are, but not limited to:
· Engaging in Strategic Planning and Decision Making
· Leading Finance Teams
· Anticipating and Delivering on the Needs of Key Stakeholders
· Developing and Maintaining Finance Goals
· Managing Projects and Policies
· Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities
· Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Business and completed/ studying towards a CPA/CA accreditation
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, hospitality/golf experience will be highly regarded
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· High level analytical skills and the ability to analyse and make recommendations
· Demonstrated leadership and management skills and consistent superior work performance
· Advanced Excel system skills, accounting software and Microsoft office
· Your professional career experience should include exposure to a challenging and progressive work environment
