If you’re a driven sales person, passionate about event sales and excited by the prospect of working in one of Sydney’s leading 5 star hotels, then Sheraton Grand Sydney has the role for you. We are seeking an enthusiastic Wedding Sales Manager to join our close knit team.
- Work with potential wedding clients and industry suppliers to secure weddings and social events
Plan and conduct high end site inspections and entertainment with a focus on detail and conversion
Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements
Act as an ambassador for Sydney’s grand, iconic hotel and promote awareness on the newly renovated product.
Passion and drive are considered highly desirable
Previous experience in a similar role is required
Operation or administrative hospitality experience would be beneficial
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Energized by a fast paced environment and looking to grow in a sales capacity
Permanent residency or unlimited working rights in Australia essential to be considered for this role.
