The Role
Associate Sales Executive

The Associate Sales Executive role (based in Dallas, TX) offers the opportunity to jumpstart your career by joining a dynamic, fast-paced sales team. In addition to receiving full product training and sales mentoring, you will learn to sell market-leading, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, that are cutting edge and new to the Latin American hotel industry. This is an entry-level opportunity to start an exciting career for someone who is eager to enter the sales or technology field!

Requirements

As an Associate Sales Executive, you will:

  • Run and manage the full sales cycle, from placing outbound phone calls (cold calling) to potential customers to negotiating and closing out the sales process.
  • Work to achieve monthly sales quotas and revenue goals and drive interest in SiteMinder products.
  • Learn and utilize sales processes, maintaining set sales standards at the highest level.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for the SiteMinder sales department and builds SiteMinder's brand.
  • Become knowledgeable of SiteMinder products and target market to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Provide information to potential and existing customers in order to educate and inform new opportunities about SiteMinder products and services.
  • Utilize CRM database (Salesforce) to track activities, update data and competitive information.
  • What you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred or 1 to 2 years of prior sales experience.
  • Full fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written) with particularly strong phone skills in both languages.
  • Some experience in a customer-facing role or a love for regular human interaction.
  • An enthusiasm for new technology or a strong technical aptitude.
  • Resiliency: If the word "NO" just makes you more adamant to succeed at something, then we would definitely like to speak with you.
