We're looking for a customer service driven and technically minded Technical Customer Support Analyst to provide Level 1 technical assistance and support to SiteMinder customers in German and English, across Europe.

About you

As a Bilingual Technical Customer Support Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Provide technical support for all SiteMinder labelled products and services with a primary focus on our English and German speaking customers across Europe
  • Provide the appropriate amount of information to our customers to ensure their enquiry is effectively resolved
  • Ensure that all cases are resolved or escalated to the Level 2 Service Desk Team in a timely manner in line with our Customer Service (SLAs)
  • Ensure that all issues are logged accurately on SiteMinder’s CRM system and that all cases are closed
  • The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Solid customer service experience with a love for providing the best service to our customers
  • Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work towards KPI's and targets
    • Languages required: English and German.
