At SiteMinder we have some aggressive growth plans for the future. As part of these plans we're in the process of undertaking two Finance projects:
· Upgrading our bespoke in-house payments portal to expand it's use globally, taking into consideration global nuances and our current 35,000 customers and beyond
· Deciding and implementing on a collections system that is fit for purpose, is efficient and in line with bank reconciliation processes
As a Technical Business Analyst highly experienced in Billing and Collections projects you will be responsible for:
· Business requirement documentation and translating these to Functional and Non-Functional requirement documents for technical teams to build
· User stories aligned with an Agile process of work
· Developing of Test Cases and conducting user tests when required
· Identifying areas of improvement, preparing BRD's and interacting with Finance, Billing, vendors and overseas teams
