At SiteMinder, we're an Australian SaaS company working in a mostly Mac based working environment and 100% in the cloud. Since 2006 our company has grown to over 600 employees globally and over 250 employees in our Sydney HQ. As we scale for the future we're expanding our ICT team and seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to administer, support and improve our various cloud-based SaaS applications with a strong focus on improving our global network infrastructure.

Our ideal candidate is not a fully qualified Engineer but you know enough to maintain and improve a simple network, you perhaps have been working in Desktop Support in a Mac based work environment, have dabbled in networking, love Mac and Apple products and keen to work on more interesting project type work but happy to be a team player and roll your sleeves up in assisting with Desktop Support tickets.

About you

Your responsibilities:
  • Administration and maintenance of IT SaaS applications such as G Suite including Hangout rooms, Meraki, 8x8, JAMF, Confluence, Zoom
  • Manage the global network infrastructure
  • Assist our Desktop Support Analyst with resolving support tickets, onboarding and offboarding of staff and setting up of new laptops and desks
  • Ensure compliance related controls for IT applications are maintained
  • Document and maintain processes/procedures for IT applications
  • End-user training and support for all of our IT applications
  • Your skills and experience:
  • Our Sydney ICT team not only love all things IT but they are people oriented, they enjoy assisting their colleagues with their IT enquiries and requests. We wouldn't expect anything less from our new team member
  • We are a completely Mac based and cloud application environment, proven experience in supporting the following applications is important for you to provide your colleagues with the best service - G Suite, networking (particularly Meraki) and MacOS
  • You will have previous experience in managing procurement and vendor relationships
  • Your communication and people skills will allow you to effectively provide end-user training for IT applications
  • You have previously identified areas of improvement in your current or previous roles for more efficient processes
  • Proven experience in seamless provisioning of IT Applications
