There is an opportunity to join the Customer Onboarding team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist. There are no second language requirements for this position.

Requirements

  • Think Customer - You can deliver a high standard of customer training, qualifying requirements in a courteous and effective manner and prepare the customer for core product implementation
  • Be in the Game - You have  consistently demonstrated commitment to the team's work to ensure the team achieves it's goals, objectives and SLA's
  • Own it, Finish it - Take ownership of customer's problems and seek to identify, respond and resolve issues before it becomes a conflict and ensuring a satisfactory solution for SiteMinder and the customer 
  • OK is not OK - You have identified opportunities for improvement and processes and proposed solutions 
  • Be Candid - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers
