The Role
Global Partner Enablement Manager

The Global Partner Enablement Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of the international enablement of our Property Management System (PMS) partnerships, via partner marketing campaigns and training PMS sales teams on the SiteMinder value proposition.

Requirements

As the Global Partner Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Bring a partner enablement discipline to the SiteMinder Partnerships Team, allowing PMS partners to effectively market the SiteMinder solution to their customers and training the staff of PMS partners on SiteMinder’s value proposition.
  • Develop the SiteMinder partnership PMS marketing proposition and capabilities, supporting the PMS partnerships team in a transformational journey.
  • Work with the Partnerships Team to drive a stream of new PMS partnership activity.
  • Build a library of cases, testimonials, webinars, cheat sheets and other education materials for the staff of partners in an effort to educate them in talking about SiteMinder.
  • Run spiffs with partners to drive lead volume.
  • Establish regular contact with key partners through meetings and conference calls, prioritizing key joint marketing initiatives.
  • Educate partners and internal stakeholders on the partnership value proposition.
  • Develop a hotel partner acquisition plan across a range of marketing channels.
  • Devise and establish a tiered approach to structuring the company's professional joint-marketing relationships with its PMS partners.
  • Own the partnership campaign plan, ensuring it is executed to meet internal partner targets, contracts and expectations.
  • Assist the senior partnerships and marketing staff in the company's ongoing brand development and corporate messaging exercise.
  • Liaise with the Senior Content Marketing Manager in the production of relevant content for the company's partnerships.
  • What you bring:
  • 4 to 6 years of partner enablement or marketing experience within a global and multi-channel business environment.
  • Operational knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo and website CMSs.
  • Demonstrable time and scheduling management, campaign management and a proven track record of success.
  • High degree of numeracy and extremely comfortable creating, forecasting, reporting and operational metrics.
  • Marketing degree and/or postgraduate marketing qualification.
  • Strong relationship management is a must.
  • Fluency in one of our supported languages (Spanish, German, French, Italian and/or Portuguese) is a positive, but not required.
