Global Talent Acquisition Manager

As the Global Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for the business hiring needs across the global business and accountable for the execution of the operational delivery in all regions. This role is accountable for leading and coaching a high performing Talent Acquisition team to deliver the right talent for the right role, providing exceptional candidate experience to all active, passive or potential talent.

Working closely with the Executive Team to understand and deliver on business growth plans, as well as partnering with the People team to improve the hiring strategy across specific business portfolios.

As Global Talent Acquisition Manager your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a global sales recruitment strategy to supports high volume hiring that is reliable and consistent - particular focus around hiring language talent in London
  • Contribute to the successful delivery of the opening and growth of offshore technology teams and any new SiteMinder sites
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and the People Team to identify future and current capacity requirements to meet growth targets 
  • Manage, mentor and drive the performance of a global TA team 
  • Weekly forecasting and business reporting on hiring cadence
  • Plan and manage the TA budget and spend
  • Vendor and supplier management
  • Monitor and always look to improve the SiteMinder employer brand presence online 
  • Work with the People team to drive our recruitment diversity and inclusion agenda ensuring engagement with all communities
  • What we are looking for:
  • Experience leading a successful high performing in-house recruitment function that has responded to significant business growth and increasing recruitment volumes, ideally sales recruitment
  • Comfortable using data to monitor and improve the team’s effectiveness (recruitment channel success, candidate funnel, conversion rates etc), as well as providing feedback and working with stakeholders to improves service levels and candidate experience
  • Outstanding planning and organisation skills
  • Strong People Manager, preferably with experience managing multi or remote sites
  • Strong personal impact and relationship building skills, with the capability and energy to drive change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience building hiring plans into new markets/countries particularly within Europe would be highly beneficial
