The Role
Marketing Coordinator

Working as part of the London-based EMEA marketing team, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role with the planning and execution of marketing plans, reporting, analytics and SEM campaigns to support the regional marketing objectives. The role will also have a greater focus on the Italian market, collaborating closely with SiteMinder's Italian sales team.

As Marketing Coordinator, you will:

  • Support the EMEA marketing team on a wide range of marketing activities relating to the EMEA marketing plans with an additional focus on supporting the delivery of the Italian marketing plan and representing Italy in the marketing team.
  • Support with analysis of performance of the marketing funnel for EMEA and individual countries - help with production of reports and dashboards in Salesforce (SiteMinder’s CRM system), assist with database management and growth projects, etc.
  • Help define and execute the EMEA SEM strategy, supporting other areas of the EMEA digital marketing activities such as web (including the Italian website), social media strategy, etc
  • Assist with coordinating marketing events and webinars, including liaison with suppliers (venues, event producers, printers, media, etc). Also help with the regional campaign execution.
  • Manage the production of case studies and other customer references for the EMEA team in collaboration with the marketing team in SiteMinder's Sydney headquarters.
  • Manage a library of corporate marketing collateral and ensure that all EMEA sales staff have access to collateral as and when required.
  • Manage inbound leads including follow up.
  • Proofread and occasionally write Italian content if and as needed.
  • Keep up to date with EMEA / Italy market news, industry trends and competitor activity
  • What you bring:
  • A relevant business / marketing degree.
  • 2+ years experience within a B2B marketing function. Any experience within the SaaS or tech space or hospitality industry would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in Italian and English is a must.
  • Experience working with a marketing automation platform and/or CRM system. Any experience of working with a CMS would be a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SEM.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Engaging, high energy, determined, fast learner, positive attitude, willing to contribute with his/her own ideas and eager to invest the required time and effort to gain experience.
  • Able to juggle working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, but also work autonomously when required, balancing priorities effectively.
