The Marketing team sits at the heart of our business and is central to the go to market effort around our products and services. This position is responsible for developing and implementing the regional event and partnership marketing plan to help increase brand awareness and enable the sales and partnerships teams to meet their commercial objectives.
Specifically, this position will own the management of events, webinars, multi-touch campaigns, online marketing and more, all within an agreed budget and time frame. Additional responsibilities will include content localization, supplier and partner management and ongoing prioritization and reporting activity.
The role is based in Dallas (Addison).
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Develop and execute the AMER event marketing plan in conjunction with the AMER marketing team and the wider AMER and marketing organization.
Plan, develop, deliver events and webinar series include post event analysis and event performance monitoring
Plan and execute the AMER partnerships marketing plan in conjunction with the global partnership marketing manager, the AMER marketing team and the wider partnerships and marketing organization
Plan and deliver scalable partnerships lead generation and event campaigns
Forecast, track and optimize program performance
Develop and manage the sub-regional marketing plan for Spanish LATAM
Be the company’s marketing go to person for the LATAM region, collaborate closely with the sales leadership and sales teams of this region to seek buy-in for the marketing strategy, the marketing plan and the detail activities
Assist the other members of the AMER marketing team in developing, executing and optimizing their functional plans for the LATAM region (e.g. SEM, Paid Social etc)
Assist the PR & comms manager with implementation of a PR strategy and program for LATAM; leverage social media in campaign planning and execution
Assist with recruitment of client references for video productions, case studies and press interviews in LATAM
Track and optimize funnel performance and ROI for all marketing in LATAM
Excel in use of the company’s marketing automation and other tools
Knowledge & Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in B2B field marketing for enterprise technology or SaaS companies; experience working within the travel technology industry a plus
Solid experience with Marketing Automation and CRM tools required
Solid understanding of the sales and marketing funnel, conversion performance and how marketing contributes to revenue
Experience with other marketing tools such as web analytics, content management tools, etc…
Experience with campaign and content localization
Good English and native Spanish language and writing skills;
Exposure to AMER markets and working across multiple geographies/ timezones with different cultures also a plus
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related experience
Hard working, goal-oriented, commercially minded and with a high level of energy and enthusiasm; able to operate efficiently, effectively and professionally within a fast paced, dynamic and results driven business environment
Motivated team player with successful project management and multi-tasking skills;
Self-starter, able to reach out within the marketing department and across to other departments to progress projects, train and secure buy in

Technical & Other Skills
Advanced proficiency with Google applications and Microsoft Office applications for MAC
Advanced proficiency with Marketo / similar marketing automation tools
Advanced proficiency with webinar hosting platforms such as Gotowebinar
Proficiency / familiarity with Asana and other marketing tools such as web content management, digital analytics etc a plus
