To help us further achieve on our milestones and help build our future we are seeking a Product Insights & Analysis Lead where you will work closely with our Product teams to help implement and manage product analytics tools, define key metrics, identify and analyse performance trends, decompose business drivers and levers, and investigate factors impacting organisational success.

About you

What you can expect in the role:
  • Partnering with our Product teams in HQ to deliver analytical insights that influence decisions and drive overall performance
  • Working with Product Managers to define both strategic and operational metrics and ensure they are accurately tracked in relevant systems and tools
  • Monitoring key metrics to identify trends and proactively engaging business partners to improve speed and effectiveness of decision-making using data
  • Developing regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to summarise performance and highlight opportunities / challenges, e.g. customer reservations or booking engine conversion
  • Analysing performance of specific product features, releases, and initiatives
  • To be successful in this role you will:
  • You have 4-7+ years of work experience in an analytical role (e.g. product analysis, strategy consulting) AND working with digital / online products
  • You enjoy decomposing business drivers and levers, touching the bottom of the ocean with the data, learning new analytical methods / techniques, using first principles thinking, and consistently delivering great results
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complicated technical analysis into compelling narratives that can be used to influence senior leaders
  • You have experience with SQL and manipulating / analysing large datasets
  • You have experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Heap, Amplitude)
