Sales Programme Director

The role of the Sales Programme Director is to work with the Chief Sales Officer and Senior Sales Leaders in defining and planning strategic initiatives of change and optimisation through our global sales organisation, as well as ensuring that our  programs are being  launched, implemented, adopted and supported as planned to support our company mission.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Have proven experience in working with C-suite level and global sales departments on executing global initiatives, tracking success measures and managing change effectively
  • Have solid experience in sales enablement / operations and program management within a fast paced SMB out-bound sales environment 
  • Flexibility will be required to work and support business meetings across our HQ Sydney office.
  • Strong analytical and process skills, enabling you to be driven by data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Knowledge and/or experience of project management techniques and tools
  • Solid experience in risk management and change management 
  • Have critical thinking, problem solving skills and planning capabilities 
  • Solid communication and decision making skills 
  • Ability to influence, lead and negotiate across functions and executive stakeholders
  • You are a self-starter with high energy and a proven ability to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complicated technical analysis into compelling narratives that can be used to influence senior leaders
  • As the Programme Director, Sales, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Global Execution: Working closing with the Chief Sales Officer on all projects within the Sales unit, executing on global initiatives, tracking progress and planning for future global rollouts.
  • Project Management and Deployment: Managing short and long term projects to support our company mission Developing an operating model and resource plan for the program. Developing success measures to assess ROI of specific programs, including  strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Managing budgets and forecasting, executing against those budgets with the ability to track and report on budgets effectively. 
  • Global Workforce Management: Managing diverse, multi-skilled globally dispersed teams with thoughtful communication strategies. Strong cross-functional stakeholder engagement and approach towards change management. 
  • Meeting KPIs and Goals: Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, customer retention,  quality and team member performance 
  • Change Management: Implementing and managing change to ensure project goals are achieved. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding  project issues and decisions on services 
  • Reporting and Analysis:Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Analysing and reporting of program risks. Ability to review reports and analysis, find gaps and propose and execute on solutions.
