Our Sales team are the driving force behind the rapid expansion of SiteMinder and we're on the hunt for a true leader to take us to the next level. Our sales teams are constantly developing new business opportunities by identifying and attracting new clients focusing on selling a range of SiteMinder’s products. We are looking for someone that would describe themselves as a leader and a coach to help maximize our sales team’s performance. Ultimately, you will help our salespeople develop their skills and achieve their quotas. It is the role of the Inside Sales Manager to lead, coach, motivate and inspire a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed budget expectation. They will be responsible for the onboarding, mentoring, training and the success of new starters in the team, as well as continually identifying areas for development with existing team members.


In this role you will:

  • Lead, manage, coach or mentor a multi disciplined sales team, driving towards revenue targets and outcomes in your target region
  • Inspire your team to perform at a high level by coaching and motivating team members.
  • Ability to adapt their coaching style to different personalities and varying ranges of seniority within the team
  • The best leaders understand the struggles of their team members and stay in the trenches with them. They are not afraid to get their hands dirty and win and lose with their team. They spend around 80% of their time coaching their team.
  • Modify and enforce sales processes to yield results
  • Evaluate employees’ performance after each coaching session. Develop educational material, including sales scripts, objection battle cards and presentations
  • Setting and regularly reviewing Goal Plans and working with team members to create development plans
  • What You’ll bring:
  • Experience managing an inside sales team is essentialUsed to working in a high volume/energy sales environment.
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce and the ability to analyze data and run reports within it
  • Must be enthusiastic, high energy, a can-do mentality, ambitious, self-motivated, goal oriented and target driven
  • Strong communicator who loves regular open and transparent communication with excellent written and verbal English skills Strong leadership skills (managing, measuring and devising KPI's and metrics in line with organizational growth targets), with the ability to oversee and educate team members, whilst still inspiring and motivating them
  • Ability to sell long-term solutions to customers demonstrating a track record of high quality new customer acquisition while being able to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and culturesHelpful, encouraging and respectful to team members and anyone you interact with.
  • Passionate about helping others to strengthen and develop their skills; dedicated to seeing the success of their team members. Ability to to coach the team to sell Software-as-a-Service business applications to existing and new clients
  • Ability to set targets and achieve/exceed them
  • Strong technical aptitude and a passion for the technology space
  • Experience in the software / online travel/distribution industry is highly desirable
