As part of our growth plans we're seeking a Sales and Marketing Insights Analyst to provides valuable data/insights to our Sales and Marketing functions to improve overall performance in these business areas.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing and our BI team you will define optimal performance measurements, trends and factors that impact our organisational success; interrogating, challenging and improving our sales/marketing funnel velocity and conversions from your insights.

What you can expect in the role:

  • Working closely with Sales and Marketing to maximise operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Working with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure all required Sales and Marketing indicators are accurately tracked
  • Oversee sales and marketing metrics including; lead process management, lead/contact data stewardship and database maintenance. MQL to Closed Won lifecycle
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and presentations on your insights based on data from Salesforce and Marketo
  • Conduct regular analysis of Salesforce and Marketo data to provide actionable insights for Sales and Marketing leadership teams
  • To be successful in this role you will:
  • Proven experience in an Analytical role within Sales and/or Marketing
  • You enjoy analysing drivers and levers, getting deep into the data, using first principles thinking, and consistently delivering great results
  • You are a self starter with high energy and a proven ability to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • You have experience with Salesforce / Marketo
  • You have experience with SQL professionally or in your spare time
  • You have experience building and using reports in Tableau or other similar data visualisation tools
  • Are able to data mine from various data sources and manipulate large data sets in order to derive valuable insights to drive actionable change within the sales and marketing functions, thus improving organisational performance
