A Sales Development Representative is a great way to kick start your tech sales career in a supportive, dynamic and fun sales team environment. We have an amazing sales training program to ensure you are set up for success and have a clear sales career pathway for the right candidate who is hungry, motivated and a hard working self starter.

We won't throw you into the deep end, you'll be trained on our products, industry and sales process. In addition to receiving full product training and sales mentoring, you will learn to sell market-leading, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, that are cutting edge and new to the American hotel industry.

The successful candidate will be a clear communicator with a conversational style, our customer base are hotels so by nature they are happy, friendly people who enjoy a chat!

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the table:

  • A real passion for sales.
  • Strong phone skills are vital and fluent English!
  • Ideally 6 months sales experience and/or proven internship hands on experience in a sales capacity.
  • Some experience in a sales role or a love for regular human interaction.
  • Experience supporting the UK & Ireland markets would be an advantage
  • An enthusiasm for new technology and a strong technical aptitude.
  • Self motivated.
  • If the word "NO" just makes you more adamant to succeed at something, then we would definitely like to speak with you!
  • In this role you will:
  • Conduct outbound phone activities to build your sales pipeline
  • Supporting the UK & Ireland and emerging markets
  • Work towards achieving sales targets with the goal to drive interest in SiteMinder’s products
  • Educate customers and inform them of opportunities about SiteMinder’s products and services
  • Learn and use sales processes to maintain your sales standards at the highest level
  • Become knowledgeable of our software products and target market
