At SiteMinder a Sales Development Representative is a great way to kick start your tech sales career in a supportive, dynamic and fun sales team environment. We have an amazing sales training program to ensure you are set up for success and have a clear sales career pathway for the right candidate who is hungry, motivated and a hard working self starter.

We won't throw you into the deep end, you'll be trained on our products, industry and sales process. You'll be initially contact existing customers before you progress to moving into new business sales.

The successful candidate will be a clear communicator with a conversational style, our customer base are hotels so by nature they are happy, friendly people who enjoy a chat!

What you can expect in this role:

  • Receive exceptional sales training so you're ready to speak to customers
  • Making inbound/outbound phone activities to generate business and build the SiteMinder brand
  • You will be contacting existing customers across APAC to generate new opportunities either by selling our newest hotel product offerings or gathering industry information
  • Work closely with your fellow sales colleagues to leverage their experience which will help you to be just as successful as them!
  • Use Salesforce to track activities, update data and competitive information
