We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator who will partner with the business to provide support and work closely with our in-house Salesforce team to continually improve the Salesforce environment.

We are working on some super exciting and challenging projects that impacts our global teams and has touch points across multiple areas of the business. As our Salesforce Administrator you will be directly involved in these projects specifically Service Cloud and Community Cloud builds and implementation.

Requirements

In this role you will:

  • Manage support queue and close tickets within the designated SLA
  • Work closely with the Salesforce Developers, Salesforce Analyst and Architect to continually improve the Salesforce environment
  • Creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates
  • Involved with Service Cloud and/or Community Cloud builds and implementation
  • Develop and maintain end-user process guides/manuals
  • Daily administration and support of SiteMinders’ Salesforce database, including managing user setups, creating rules, user support, customisation of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
  • Work with management and end users to create and manage complex workflow rules and validations
  • Liaise with Salesforce Premier + Support where necessary, logging problems and tracking to resolution
  • What does success in this role look like? A successful Salesforce Administrator at SiteMinder is:
  • Amazing with managing their time and has solid Salesforce Administration knowledge
  • Able to independently perform configurations, testing, implementation, documentation and updating on the Salesforce platform
  • Experienced in creating / maintaining Community Cloud deployments
  • Knowledgeable in the latest Salesforce technologies
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in creating Salesforce rules and complex reports
