We're looking for an experienced, driven and talented Salesforce CRM Leader to join our Business Operations team. Salesforce is used across our business from Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer teams globally with over 500 active users and a number of enterprise projects with Salesforce dependencies. In this role you will be pivotal in the design of our CRM development plan across the Salesforce CRM, data governance and best practice to ensure we have a Salesforce Centre of Excellence.

Alongside strategy you will be providing mentorship and leadership of a team of Salesforce developers and administrators providing best practices to evolve their skills and capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communication and stakeholder management - working closely with whole of business to understand their requirements
  • Process and platform design and development - work with internal stakeholders to advise on how Salesforce CRM can be developed to support commercial strategy and business growth
  • Data maintenance and governance - as our CRM has integrations to a number of external systems; designing data best practice , maintaining data integrity and permissions and working with internal team members to improve quality
  • Be a people leader - your team will look to you to lead and drive them to succeed in their career
  • All about you:
  • Extensive experience in SFDC technical administration and/or application development
  • Experience in developing and/or implementing full tailored Salesforce projects end-to-end in a scale up environment
  • You are a proven leader who has led their team members to successful Salesforce careers
  • Experience working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Case Management, Sandboxes, CPQ apps, ISV apps, Communities, Salesforce1; Classic and Lightning (we're in the process of moving to Lightning)
  • Proven stakeholder management experience in a dynamic environment (we are an ex-start up scaling at the speed of Lightning)
  • Understanding or exposure to installed apps such as Marketo, Zuora, CTI and Duplicate Check for Salesforce would be a plus!
