Talent Acquisition Consultant

SiteMinder is currently looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our high performing Global Talent Acquisition Team. You will be responsible for hiring top Sales talent in Germany and across Europe.

Working as part of a global talent acquisition team you will work closely with Regional Sales Managers across Europe to understand their recruitment needs; anticipate hiring needs and proactively identify recruitment solutions to meet those needs across the EMEA region. Primarily you will be supporting our fast growing Sales teams.

German language skills are advantageous.

Requirements

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting for Sales teams based in Berlin, London or remotely across Europe
  • Taking ownership of the end to end recruitment process from sourcing, managing candidate feedback, reference checks and offer
  • Sourcing across multiple platforms with a focus on proactive headhunting hard to find multilingual Sales candidates
  • Supporting the recruitment across all business functions as required
  • Partner and advise hiring community on talent market, interviewing and closing offers
  • Ensure the integrity of the information entered into our ATS
  • Driving social activity increasing brand awareness
  • Excellent stakeholder management, engagement and communication at all levels of business
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Fluent English & German language is advantageous
  • Advanced organisational/time management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Recruitment background within a KPI driven environment - preferably Sales recruitment for the German and European market
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Background in agency recruitment - additional internal recruitment preferred
  • Experience in an environment where you have conducted face to face interviews
